Arts management advisory: a unique comprehensive palette of expertise across all processes of arts management, from research and data management, design and conceptualization, strategizing, planning and implementation, marketing and communication, monitoring and evaluation, fundraising, talent acquisition, resource mobilization, audience reach, analysis and development, partnerships, clustering and networks. We develop modules and offer training, coaching and mentorship to artists and arts institutions. We also offer creative translations to and from Arabic, English and French, Spanish and Russian, as well as intellectual property and legal advisory services to creatives in collaboration with Kardous Law Office http://kardous.biz/ . Curating: Alma Salem is the founder of the touring contemporary arts curatorial platform Syria Sixth Space. The platform’s first tour, KASHASH will take place from the 8th to the 18th of November 2017 touring to four cities in the Netherlands (The Hague , Rotterdam and Utrecht) in partnership with Dancing On The Edge festival. Where Are We Located?

Our head offices are in downtown Montreal, Canada. We work remotely, while also having the capacity to recruit the necessary local expertise in countries across the globe—including in conflict zones—and conduct field work when necessary.

We are committed to defending artists’ rights to freedom of creation, performance and publishing, and citizen’s access to cultural expressions as protected in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, especially articles 19 and 27, and under article 15 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR) and articles 19 and 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and in accordance with the recommendations made in The UN Special Rapporteur in the field of cultural rights ‘report’ “The right to freedom of artistic expression and Creativity.” We proudly base our work on values of professionalism, integrity, transparency, while also actively commiting and advocating for anti-discriminatory choices and policies based on ethnicity, religion, sexuality, gender and/or geography. We support the Paris Climate Change agreement, equal opportunities, fair access and information sharing. We are committed to supporting CEDAW convention for Women’s Rights. Our work also integrates anti-child labor and child protection policies. We highlight and value diversity as a source of creativity, innovation and cultural richness.
